For more than twenty-five years, Anna Gong has helped organizations navigate growth, transformation, and change across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. As a founder, operator, board advisor, and entrepreneur, she has built businesses, led international expansion, advised leadership teams, and worked alongside organizations ranging from startups and founder-led companies to global enterprises and family-owned businesses.
Most notably, as Founder and CEO of Perx Technologies, she built and scaled a global enterprise software company serving leading financial institutions, telecommunications providers, retailers, and consumer brands across more than twenty markets. Today, as Chairwoman, she continues to advise on long-term strategy, governance, leadership succession, and AI-era modernization.
